My subjects aren’t typically flowers since Botany wasn’t my strength in school. But plant becomes a little more tolerable when used as a background for a subject of true interest.
Enter robotic bee: I’ve printed them out before in a more malevolent manifestation (unfortunately, before seeing that horrid episode on The Black Mirror), so this time I’ve tweaked the body shape to be a little more bee-like, sans those extra set of wings that serve as stabilizers. The image here is not rendered and without textures.
What’s the occasion? To answer a challenge highlighting June flowers of a variety rendered exotic in this area by unforgiving Florida sun. One photo included a bee, so I’m in.
